The device is running on Android 2.1 with HTC Sense, and as our tipster confirms, it’s running with a Snapdragon CPU (and is described as “fast, really fast”) with 256MB of RAM, and has a 3.5-3.7″ WVGA screen. He also described the screen as being “very vibrant” and thinks that it may be AMOLED. The Incredible features an optical mouse pointer towards the bottom of the device. On the back, it packs dual LED flashes.

Already been engaged in cellular communications as an RF engineer since 1982 when I worked for Motorola. Had Blackberrys for the last 8 years or so, but just pre ordered a Samsung Vibrant through Tmobile. Want some new capabilities as well as a brand new Operating system to play with. I’m let down that T-mobile has turned away from the wi-fi compatability hotspot feature in the Samsung Vibrant, but I am certain somebody will certainly figure out exactly how to root it as well as add the feature back in. I’m now transporting a wi-fi compatability only iPad and want to wirelessly tether it to the mobile phone. Looking forward to getting my new phone!

I’m a ‘soon-to-be’ htc wildfire consumer from Kenya. I’ve been doing some analysis on this phone and i’ve discovered it to be the very best price range-smartphone.I am now able to order it, unlocked obviously, because it hasn’t yet started being offerd in my country. The only huddle but to be falt with is findinga reputable company prepared to export abroad, especially to Africa. Thus far the only web site i’ve found is expansys.co.uk.
